National Handloom Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm among the students. The activity was connected with SDG 12 – Responsible Consumption and Production, which promotes sustainable practices and encourages us to value handmade and eco-friendly products.
Amrita Vidyalayam, Mangaluru, observed Guru Poornima with a spiritually enriching Samskriti Puja, inspired by the teachings and vision of Sadguru Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi (Amma).
Amrita Vidyalayam, Pathanamthitta celebrated India’s 80th Independence Day with great patriotic fervour and enthusiasm. The celebration aimed to instil the values of freedom, unity and national pride among the students.
On the occasion of Chingam 1 (Karshaka Dinam), marking the beginning of the Malayalam New Year and Kerala’s traditional Farmer’s Day, Nirmal Sivakrishna, a Class IX student of Amrita Vidyalayam, Pathanamthitta, was honoured with the Best Child Farmer Award.
