On December 18, 2024, Amrita Vidyalayam proudly hosted Kalamritam, an art exhibition that celebrated the remarkable artistic talents of our students. The event was held in the KG Play Area, and featured a vibrant display of diverse creations, including colorful paintings, intricate drawings, creative crafts, sand art, origami, decorative pieces, bottle art, innovative sculptures, and clay models. Each piece reflected the boundless imagination, dedication, and skill of our young artists.
Students and teachers collaborated to transform the KG Play Area into a lively and inspiring gallery, drawing admiration from all who attended. Kalamritam not only underscored the significance of art in education, but also encouraged students to explore and express their creativity.
The exhibition was a truly enriching and memorable experience for everyone involved, fostering a deeper appreciation for the arts within our school community.

Amma’s birthday was celebrated at the ashramam on 22 nd September2025 with great devotion and joy. The programme commenced with Amma’s Paduka Pooja and Ashtothram performed by Swamiji, creating a deeply spiritual atmosphere.
Mata Amritanandamayi Devi’s birthday, celebrated as Amrita Varsham 72, is not just an occasion of devotion but also a reminder to put Amma’s message of selfless service into practice.

The celebration of World Sanskrit Day was held on 19th August 2025 at Amrita Vidyalayam with great devotion and enthusiasm. The programme began with an auspicious prayer, followed by the traditional lighting of the lamp, seeking the blessings of the Almighty .Welcome speech delivered by the Sanskrit teacher.The Principal then addressed the gathering with an inspiring speech, highlighting the importance of Sanskrit in our culture and heritage.
