Amrita Vidyalayam, Kozhikode, joyfully celebrated Children’s Day and Grandparents’ Day on a delightful morning in the school courtyard from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM on 14th November 2024, creating heartwarming memories for students, teachers, and grandparents alike.
The day began with a special assembly conducted by the teachers, setting the tone for a fun-filled day. The cultural programs that followed showcased the talented teachers’ singing and dancing, leaving the audience in awe.
The highlight of the day was the warm welcome extended to the grandparents, who were greeted with love and respect. The school had organized various entertainment activities, including games, specifically for them. The grandparents enthusiastically participated, and their smiles and laughter filled the air.
The celebration was a wonderful opportunity for students to bond with their grandparents, creating cherished memories. The event also highlighted the importance of inter-generational connections and the value of respecting and learning from elders.
Amrita vidyalayam kozhikode celebrated the Karkidaka Food Fest with great enthusiasm, highlighting the importance of traditional and nutritious foods associated with the Malayalam month of Karkidakam.
Our school organized a Matru Pitru Pooja as part of the Guru Purnima celebrations, fostering the values of love, gratitude, and respect towards parents.
The Ramayana Month celebrations commenced in our school with a variety of programmes that reflected the values and teachings of the epic.
