Onam was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Amrita Vidyalayam, Edappally. The day began early with a beautiful floral carpet, or Pookalam, set up in front of the assembly area. The celebration was inaugurated with a speech by the Principal. Students from all classes presented vibrant dance performances and Onam songs. Teachers and students also performed Thiruvathira dances together, which added to the festive spirit. 

Various sports and games were organized including musical chairs, treasure hunt, and tug of war. All students came in traditional attire and participated in a grand procession. The event concluded with a special Onam feast, or Onasadya, arranged for all students as well as teaching and non-teaching staff. The children enjoyed the program immensely and it truly reflected the joy and unity of Onam.
