The session aimed to create awareness about healthy ways to cope with stress through techniques like time management, relaxation exercises, and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Mr. Sandeep Anandan, Trainer and Director, WAY- A training and empowerment organisation guided students on various career options, helping them understand their interests, strengths, and the importance of setting realistic goals. Interactive discussions, personal experiences, and motivational talks helped students feel supported, confident, and more focused on their future paths.
