A beacon of calmness and wisdom, Janaki Teacher conducted a session of simple yet effective relaxation yoga techniques, guiding the students and staff into a state of mindfulness and calm. Her words, drawn from a life dedicated to both teaching and inner wellness, left a lasting impression on everyone present.
