Children’s Day is celebrated in India on November 14th every year to mark the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of India. Amrita Vidyalayam, Koyilandy, celebrated the day with a series of engaging events.
The children watched videos about ‘Chachaji‘, which helped them learn more about Pandit Nehru‘s life and contributions. A quiz program was held during the assembly, with enthusiastic participation from the students. UKG kids showcased their creativity in a fancy-dress competition, and the school noticeboards were decorated with imaginative creations by the students.
Through these celebrations, we aim to nurture young minds, foster creativity, and promote the overall well-being of the students.
The Kindergarten reopening ceremony at Amrita Vidyalayam Koyilandy was held on June 11, marking the joyful beginning of the new academic year. The event was graced by Sumedhamrita Swamiji, who honored us as the chief guest.
