National Mathematics Day was celebrated in our school on 22 December to commemorate the birth anniversary of the great mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan. As part of the programme, Shruthi Jayakrishnan of Class IX A delivered a speech highlighting the importance of National Mathematics Day and the valuable contributions of Srinivasa Ramanujan. The speech was informative and inspiring.
Amrita Vidyalayam, Kozhikode, celebrated Gita Jayanthi Day with devotion and enthusiasm, highlighting the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita.
World Meditation Day was observed in our institution with the participation of all students and teachers, under the guidance of our respected Principal Swamini Gurupriyamrita Prana .
Our school successfully conducted the 'World Meditation Day' program on December 20th, 2025, as directed by Amma's message. A 30‑minute special meditation session featuring MA‑OM and White Flower Meditation was organized for students and staff.

The event brought together our youngest Amritians, from Pre-KG to Class II, who participated wholeheartedly in a variety of fun and competitive activities, including the 50-meter race, shuttle run, hurdles, basketball, musical chairs, and frog jump.
