World Environment Day was celebrated at our school with great enthusiasm. Students of classes 3, 4 and 5 brought saplings and planted them in the school campus. Students of UKG to Class 2 came dressed in green colour clothes. Federal Bank manager Mr. Ranjith and Assistant manager Mr. Maneesh joined in planting saplings as part of their campaign, “Plant a sapling, save the Earth“. Br. Sumedhamrita Chaithanyaji made the celebration exceptional by planting a sapling. Sreelakshmi of Class IX A gave a speech on protecting the environment, and students of Class VIII presented a skit highlighting the importance of conserving Nature. The environment day celebration conveyed the message that we should conserve and protect our environment efficiently for future generations.
