Amrita Vidyalayam Cheruthuruthy celebrated National Colours Day on October 22nd Wednesday.
On August 8, our school observed the Quit India Movement, a key milestone in India’s freedom struggle. The day included a variety of meaningful activities. A beautifully arranged tableau showcased major events of the independence movement.
Our school celebrated Cartoon Day with great enthusiasm, aimed at bringing joy and creativity to our young students. The event was organized for students from KG to Class 2.

National Doctors’ Day was observed in our school on 1st July to highlight the selfless service rendered by doctors to our society. Two of our alumni, Dr. Radhika Sourabh, Head of the Department, Department of Integrative Medicine, AIMS, Kochi, and Dr. Anagha Gopi, who graduated from Government Medical College, Kollam as the College Topper, were honoured in a special function at our school. The guests shared their experiences and motivated the students.

On June 26, 2025, Amrita Vidyalaya Edapally commemorated the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking with the theme "Say No to Drugs". As part of the celebrations, two competitions were conducted: poster making and slogan writing. These competitions were held in two categories: Category 1 for classes VI to VIII and Category 2 for classes IX to XII. Several students participated in the competitions, showcasing their creativity and awareness about the issue.
